Acceptance Criteria

  • Your company has a clear IT focus in the broad sense. This may typically include software development or IT-based applications and services.
  • Your company must be registered in Hagenberg, either through foundation or relocation. 
  • Your company is a legal entity when you sign the contract with the International Incubator.
  • If needed, exploitation rights necessary for your business must be available. 
  • The contract duration is at least three years. Afterwards, selected operations (especially the main office) must remain located in Hagenberg.  
  • "Proof of concept" is available (prototype or feasibility study).
  • Knowledge on the specific market and customers, as well as a time and finance plan are available and written down in a business plan.
  • The International Incubator takes a share in your company. The share is handled by the Raiffeisen Bank Upper Austria and is less than 49.9%.  
  • The founders of your company retain a considerable share of the company (> 50%).
